Bad experience. Please stay away. I would like to stay in front of the office and tell people to stay away. This doctor is a monster. Doesn’t care for her patients. Only the money. Rude unprofessional incompetent personnel. I guess they accept her craziness because they need a job. Sad place.

0 stars - Do not ever go here. I went for dysport yesterday and have had the worst experience from the actual visit to post visit. It was a torture chamber before and after - her technique was horrible and painful and now I’m swollen with an infection. She injected me so hard I was in tears and she said she goes deep and that’s how you know she’s a doctor. I wasn’t sure what was wrong when I was still in pain hours later - I thought maybe she injected my bone that’s how deep she went. I should have known it was an infection because the injection sites were lumpy and my face was throbbing within hours of the visit. By the end of the day I couldn’t brush my hair. By the time I woke up the following morning I was exhausted because I couldn’t sleep on one side of my face from the pain and my whole head hurt. I went to my regular doctor first thing this am and they told me that I have an infection and prescribed antibiotics. I clearly do have an infection at the injection sites although I was worried it could be bruising. I did call her office when they opened and no one answered. I called later in the day and a male answered the phone and I explained the situation and he said what do you want us to do? I said well what would you normally do with a patient complaint. He told me he’s a medical student and it’s his first week and he’s not sure. I gave him my name and phone #. Dr. Awan called me back and said it was really weird this happened to me and she wasn’t sure what to say because she didn’t give me fillers and it just doesn’t make sense I would have an infection… she told me to continue to take my antibiotics and that was it. To be honest, I’m not sure if she gave me dysport or knew what she gave me. She didn’t remember who I was when she called (I gave my name, she couldn’t look up my file before she called?) and she didn’t offer any kind of solution or offer to look at the damage she did either. Also odd is that she asked me to pay cash at the end of the visit. I would recommend that you stay away from her office and this doctor. She didn’t even care what she did and I really do believe she is negligent. I will be filing a complaint with the medical board of Florida - especially after reading the horrible reviews on here. This is a person who has no regard for other peoples health and well-being and clearly should not be practicing any type of medicine or procedures on people.
