Like anything else in any service industry nothing is perfect. Merrill Automotive is no exception to the rule. But I rated them 5 stars across the board because they listened to me, even when I was wrong. Continued to perform the correct diagnosis and repairs. They would advise me if there were unforeseen circumstances. In short I believe them to be the most honest automotive repair techs I ever came across. I have a good running, well handling, 20 year old car to prove it. I always recommend their shop wherever I am asked.
The folks at Merrill s stood behind their wok and service. My 2000 Dodga pick up had steering problems. They repaired it. The following year it was still a problem and Merrill fixed it with out chatge. I recommend them. They are friendly and professional. Sue
