09/22/2014 Verified: When we get our vehicles serviced, I would like the fluids brought to the top level. The oil is typically changed, so that happens automatically. And I don't really care about the washer fluid. But brake fluid, coolant, power steering fluid. If I have to buy these between service work, it's hard to find and they always want to sell you a gallon. And I know I'll be throwing most of it away. This isn't good for the environment. I assume that fluids are supposed to be covered in the "shop materials" charge. But I'm finding more and more often they are never topped off.

I walk in the shop to find a positive environment. I can't remember having to take my vehicles back for missed repairs. They were honest, explained what was wrong and what needed to be done right away and what could wait until I could afford it. They also explained why some of the other advice I had received was wrong and just an expensive waste of money and time.

They do everything possible to accommodate the appointment time I request. All work is completed per agreement and vehicle is in clean condition when returned.

09/12/2014 Verified: I'm always happy with the service at Metric Motors. They are consistently faster than expected, very thorough, and the price is right. I also love how when I get my car back the steering wheel is not covered in grease and the interior doesn't smell like a sweaty mechanic like I've experienced at other car shops.
