This office has horrible communication. They have ignored messages I have sent through MyChart messages for the past two weeks. I can see in MyChart that all the messages were read, yet they don't have any courtesy to communicate in any capacity. When they have bothered to respond, it can take 5+ days later and it is generally an unhelpful response that lacks any resolution to my concern. You can't even call because it just a number for the entire TGH network, which has extremely long hold times. They have repeatedly dismissed my medical concerns and wasted my annual insurance benefits on OTC meds, which I only found out about after the fact. I will be finding a new doctor at this point who actually listens to my communications and doesn't have the level of disingenuousness that I have seen from this staff.
