I separate myself from other lawyers in that I have successfully represented clients in jury trials in both civil and criminal cases (you can see some of my actual Results). In addition to my jury trial experience, I have also successfully represented clients in thousands of contested court hearings, bench trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
I have been a State prosecutor in two states and I have successfully handled some of the most serious felonies. I also have extensive plaintiff’s experience that I gained from working for three of the largest personal injury firms in the country handling class actions, mass tort, and general personal injury cases.
In my private practice, I have represented clients throughout the United States in different state and Federal courts where I handled a wide-range of cases ranging from serious felonies and civil matters, including injuries. I have also successfully handled corporation transactions including on the international level.
I am proud veteran having served as an enlisted soldier in the Active Duty Army, the Air Force Reserve, the Army National Guard, as well as being Commissioned as an Armor Officer in the Army.
