Needed to find out what was leaking from my 3rd floor bathroom Condo to 2nd floor bathroom. Our tech was great! It turned out it was the caulking around our toilet and nothing else!!! Yea! He also replaced one of our drain stoppers in 2nd bathroom told me it was the water that caused the damage… and worse with well water! He was Great!! Will use this company again. Besides the honesty and knowledge their prices were within range and the receptionist was fun and great personality to talk to!!! PS… first company I talked to couldn’t come out for a week! MRank came early the next day!!! Thank you!!!
