I am relatively new to Rome and sought an auto repair garage. I did my own research by asking family, friends, neighbors, and googlimg every customer review site avaliable. The answer was all the same: go to Mike Ford's Auto Repair Service, and no one was wrong.
Mike and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, personable and explains in detail the vehicle issues. They are also most accommodating by offering shuttle service. Mike Ford's Auto Service puts me in mind of the TV show of Andy Griffith and the town of Mayberry with genuine warmth and concern for the customer and vehicle. Mike Ford's Auto Service is definantly five stars to me.
