Was surprised to their professionalism and their genuine concern for my issues.

My experience with Mile High Psychiatry was the worst I've had at any clinic. I went to two appointments and waited over two weeks for medication that was never provided. During that time I called every day and every day I was told my perscription would be in by the next morning and I would get a follow up call. Neither were ever true. My provider promised me at both appointments that my prescription was being put through that day. The first time she failed to tell me that a drug test was required to get the script, the second time she knowingly lied to me about the doctor approving my script (I learned after speaking to a manager that he never approved it or said he would) leaving waiting for non-existent medications when I could have been searching for a new provider. In fairness to the clinic, upper managment was empathetic and apologized for my lack of care and I was refunded my money after askingfor it. I cannot speak for everyone's experience with Mile High, but mine worsened my quality of life, not improved it.
