I had my car towed by AAA because of a tire blow out. It was taken to Monroe Auto Service Shop #7 on Stone Road, Rochester, N Y 14615. I spoke with Store manager Dan Fuller and told him to replace the tire. A short time later I received a call from Dan telling me I had a tie rod that needed to be replaced. He proceeded to explain in detail what and why this needed to be taken care of. When I went to get my car he showed me what could have happened. I am extremely happy with the service and attention that I received. I will not hesitate to recommend this particular store.
