From the initial contact through the estimate and job completion nothing but 1st class service. Polite knowledgeable and reasonable. Great costumer service is forgotten today by most but not by Morse.

If you need work on your roof, call Morse. Quick response and excellent service at a reasonable price.

Alex was amazing and dealing with my insurance company so I did not have to feel overwhelmed with this project to the point where he even texted during his vacation overseas. The office staff are amazing and keeping in touch as well and working with you to keep everything on time and smoothly running. When the day came for my roof to be replaced everyone showed up on time clean up was like they were never there and everybody was very kind and courteous.

Had 2 roof attic fans installed. Chose Morse because I knew the area would be sealed and shingled properly. The service was prompt, professional and fairly priced. Absolutely the best roofing company around.

I would like to express my appreciation for the courteous and professional service that I recently received on a roof repair. Holly in the office was wonderful in listening to and understanding my problem and was efficient in explaining everything and getting me scheduled. The Repair Manager, Brett, arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. He not only performed the roof repair, but addressed another roof concern I shared. I was very impressed with Morse and plan to contact Morse in the near future when we redo the roof. I know We will be in good hands.

Morse Roofing and Siding has been wonderful to work with! Their assessment of my roof agreed with that of my insurance company (even though the insurance company couldn't cover my problem) as well as another company that sent an estimate. Their representative explained the problems and priced options for me. Communication by both email and phone was clear and responses were prompt with everyone involved. The install crew was prompt, diligent and thorough even through the heat of the day. In this process I learned that the manufacturer's warranty on the material is not nearly as important as the work and warranty of the installer. I'm impressed with Morse!

I was extremely pleased with Morse Roofing. From the detailed estimate provided by Alex, to the updates provided both by email and phone, to the crew on site (overseen by Jeff) who replaced my roof — everyone was professional and thorough. The roof looks great!
