06/12/2020: Finding honest movers is like searching for a needle in a haystack!! I can honestly say that I used them twice and they are honest professional and have a great customer service. I am really hoping not to have to move again but will for sure recommend them to people I love.

06/12/2020: A month ago I used this company. I would like to point out that they came on times, the service was excellent and honest, and the materials they used were really good. Everything arrived intact in time for the destination. Very smooth move!!! Thank you Moving Depot, you are amazing. I will definitely use their service again. Keep clime and succeed.

06/12/2020: We recently moved from Chicago to Florida ,and the relocation was smooth due to the fact that moving depot did an excellent job , the movers was Profesional , our staff came on time .. highly recommend

12/12/2019: This company showed up in a rental truck to pick up our furniture. They then after loading most of our stuff told us that we did not have enough space purchased, and sold us more space. There were 2 motorcycles in our move that we bought extra space for(200 cubic feet per bike) so that could have nothing placed on top of them. They picked the motorcycles up on a second day as they did not have room the first day(also in the Enterprise truck). When the moving van showed at our new house with our belongings stuffed inside the motorcycles were buried in the middle of the load. Items were broken and some missing the bikes have much damage to paint and chrome. All in all I would tell anyone to stay clear of this company and if not then make sure that you buy insurance from a 3rd party if they can offer any.

10/18/2019: Picked up one day late from confirmed date and delivered to destination 2 weeks earlier than we requested. Several pieces of furniture broke. Boxes damaged and 4 missing boxes. Poor Customer Service... promises of callbacks that are never returned. I gave Customer Service Rep a detailed list of what I am missing. This included all pots, pans and backward. Utensils & vintage cookie cutters. Southwest pictures, WW bathroom scale and colognes and perfumes. Most expensive item was our Sony 400 disk player in original box. Told by CS Rep that boxes have been found, but she would call back after warehouse sends her a list of items so she can go over it with me. This has been going on for over a month. Today she gave the same story and has promised to get pictures to send me. In the meantime, most kitchen items have had to be replaced so that we could eat at home. Never ever use this company!!!!

02/01/2019: Moving depot USA is reliable and very professional. Most important they are so very Honest. Their representatives explained the process, provided me with a packing material cost and their phone estimate did not increase. My belongings were delivered on time and in great condition. I would recommend using them every time.
