I would think twice about using Moxie pest control in OKC. You get locked into a contract that will cost you dearly if your circumstances change, the "service" is completed in about 5 minutes and you are left with between $119-$129 bill to pay. They do offer to come out and do another "service" is you have pest problems. I personally don't have time to call back to be re-serviced when it should have been done right the first time. That is not the reason I am changing companies for my pest control services. I am changing because they scheduled my quarterly service on a day with a 100% chance of heavy rain with a high likelihood of flooding in my direct area. When I got the text that I was scheduled for that day, I responded with a note saying "this makes ZERO sense to me why you would schedule me on a day when we are going to be an inch deep in water". NO RESPONSE. Then I got the email with the same scheduling information. I responded back that I would like to cancel my service because they obviously are NOT concerned about the quality of my service, they are concerned with the payment at the end. I asked for a confirmation of the cancelation. No Response. Now you have to understand the fact that every text or email that had come before was answered immediately if I responded with a problem with the date of service so I KNOW they received my texts and email. Then, a day or two later I get a text saying that I have been rescheduled for another day. I responded again to refer to my email of cancellation. NO RESPONSE AGAIN. So I went on with my business not thinking much about it until the day I received the text that the technician was 1 house away and ready to do my service. I was furious. I called the office and was placed on a 10 minute hold only to be placed on the line with someone that acted like they had no idea why I was calling. To be completely clear. I cancelled my service because they were more interested in collecting my money that doing a good service. When I spoke to the account manager, Ashley, and I expressed my frustration about scheduling me on a day that we did in fact get 2 inches of rain and everything was flooded...her response was "well...our chemicals can be used in the rain". So I am wrong that I want my $119 of pest chemicals to float down the grass into the gutter and now I have to call back and reschedule service because they are more interested in collecting my money that me being pest free??? This was no the right response. What really got my attention was how quickly they responded once I placed my review on Google. I guess they don't want to have to change their sales literature on how they have a 4.7 % positive rating on google reviews. I guess if they were as concerned about my service as they were their ratings on google or Top rated, they wouldn't have to worry (or ask after every service) for a review. Moxie- you want to be a highly rated company for real??? TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMER FIRST.

A young technician named Harrison came by and installed a termite removal system at our house today. He did an excellent job! He was on time, explained the work, went out of his way to make sure he answered all my questions, and was very professional. Truly appreciate his work and the way this company conducts its business!
