I LOVE Butch and his staff! They are an amazing group of people who motivate, offer all their knowledge and make results happen. I have a lot of love for them because of the way they conduct themselves as professionals who seriously care about the health and well-being of all their clients.

Great community atmosphere. You Always feel like you are part of a family. The energy & tempo in these classes are upbeat & positive. I look fwd to every class & are never let down by the sweat I create & the calories I burn.

The only time I was able to transform my body completely. The strength and stamina I gained from their training was amazing! I preferred the private personal training at first and after a while I joined their Boot-camp classes. I miss it! Derek, Butch and the entire team are very caring.
