I had purchased a used vehicle and trying to register via the NM Motor Vehicle Department offices were not open during COVID-19. However, appointment times were ridiculous having to wait more than a month. I was thankful that MVD Express was open and following COVID-19 regulations to keep open safely. I was able to register my vehicle in a little more than an hour. Thank you.
