Please bring back the drop off and pickup service. Standing in line all day for something that was handled more efficiently previously is not conducive to productivity.

Good with Corona virus distancing and mask wearing. Just one problem, I'm hard of hearing and read lips in conjunction with hearing aids. Having one person with a see through mask would help tremendously with lip readers.
