I have been a patient here for 2 years. This year I got 4 pair of glasses - 3 progressive and 1 computer. A week after picking up my glasses I was at the airport and I could not read the monitor. I went into the office to get my glasses checked and the prescription verified and everything checked out. I was told the next step was to get my eyes rechecked and I scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. On Monday the office did everything they could to avoid rechecking my eyes. They rechecked all 4 pair of my glasses again (even though it had been don’t 3 days prior), they had to read from a chart using 3 pairs of my glasses, they had my glasses checked again…..and they were still coming up with a list of things an hour later. It was clear that they never had any intention of rechecking my eyes. My initial eye exam was just a few weeks prior, so it’s not like I was asking for a free eye exam. I was asking to have them rechecked since I could not see with the prescription they provided. I now have to pay for another eye doctor to check my vision and I will also have to pay to get my glasses remade on 3 of the 4 pair. In no way is this acceptable.
