09/23/2022: Never notified the glasses were ready for pickup. Pickup is first come, first serve. No waiting area. Took them a long time to find them. Left lens correction was worse than my uncorrected sight. They wanted to blame me. Fortunately, my insurance allowed me to dispute the charge and the business refunded the purchase.
