I wouldn't even give a 1-star rating for this website! PLEASE DO NOT order from this website. During this critical time of COVID-19, I had ordered groceries from them on Apr 15th and they said the delivery date would be 28th. I asked them to cancel the order on Apr 22nd as it's already been a week since I ordered and didn't get the delivery yet, and they responded so rudely and denied the refund as well. Now they are asking me to claim the refund from the credit card company. I have text evidence from the owner/manager if someone would like to know if this is true. I had a similar experience with them last year as well-unbelievably rude customer service. And also, during this crisis time, they have hiked up the prices on the website like crazy for EVERY SINGLE ITEM!! Please don't shop with them and lose your money!! I would be filing a complaint as well against them about the price hike as no other website or stores is doing it at these tough times.
