Myron has 40 years of real estate experience which include 33 years as a top Realtor in the Wichita area and 40 years as a contractor in the city of Wichita. Myron is one of the top sales agents in the Wichita area, he has achieved this by supplying top notch service to his buyers and sellers. His business philosophy of doing things the right way started very early on the farm he grew up on just outside Wichita. This is where he learned the meaning of hard work and where he saw his father buy and sell farms with a handshake. The handshake mentality of doing what you say you are going to do is at the core of his business. This philosophy has earned a reputation that not only customers sign the praises of but also his peers in the business recognize as they want to work him on cooperative sales. Starting with a contractor’s license Myron started flipping houses before HGTV coined the term flipping which gave him the opportunity to work with Realtor’s before becoming one. He knows what a buyer and seller expect from their Realtor and how to provide that service. Myron also uses his contracting experience to help clients with everything from getting their home ready for the market to facilitating repairs from an inspection. When it comes to custom building a home Myron’s experience is unequaled in the industry as he has represented many clients in the process and he has been in the Builder’s shoes, so he knows both sides and how to make the process as trouble free as possible. Myron starts with a client from the design stage as Myron has physically drawn many blueprints and shows many homes with different features and is able incorporate the right features into a design that really work. He will also attend all walkthroughs and complete his own inspections of the home during the process where he has found many deficiencies that even code inspectors have missed. During the early years he invested in residential income property and managed close to three hundred units around the city. This experience allows him to understand what the residential income property investor and how to help them achieve their goals. Myron has many happy investors that buy and sell a lot of property in the area each year.
