I don’t usually write reviews but this company pissed me off! I rented a foam machine for my sons 8th birthday for over $600. I had to pick it up and drop it off from New Jersey and I live upstate. I was given the machine, equipment n a YouTube video that shows how to put the foam machine together. I was told in order for me to rent this item I would have to make a Zelle payment. That should have raised a red flag to me. Why would this prestige company accept Zelle payments and not credit cards? They sold me a malfunctioning machine and told me it was working before I got it. After showing pictures and a video they still refused to refund me any of my money. They showed no proof the machine actually worked at all. They were rude and very insensitive to the fact that this was for a child’s birthday party, my mine and money was wasted and poor customer service because I never even received a call back just a email saying it was working before you picked it up. The hose was clearly rusted, and water and solution poured from the machine. Total Disaster. Beware when you use their products and services. Do not Zelle any money. You will not get it back!
