I don't normally write reviews. But I really wanted to come on here because of the disappointing service I got here at Nailology. I have come here 2 times now and honestly I won't ever be returning. I came here 4 weeks ago got a fill and 2 fixes with the new management Stephanie. My appointed took 2 hours long because Stephanie was answering phone calls and attending to the people who would walk in. She didn't do such a good job but I wanted to give them a second chance and went again just this past Sunday. I saw Jena who I thought did a great job but on day 2 my pinky nail popped off. She charged me $80 for just basic acrylic nails and 2 fixes. No design, no special polish, nothing like that. I asked why she was charging me that much and she said the boss said it was an extra $15 for the fixes. I informed them I was here 3 weeks prior. Got the same thing and was only charged $65 (which I was told that is the cost for basic long acrylic nails). The only difference was that I got them shorter this time around. My nails are definitely not $80 worth and I was very upset with the service. All they could keep saying was that they are under new management and that is the cost for a fill and 2 fixes now. I was definitely ripped off. I will never return here. I write this review so that YOU will ask prior to any service you receive by them how much will this cost me, so that your not surprised as I was when the bill rang up $80.
