We found Weimin online prior to our trip to New York &, upon arrival, he had arranged a whole list of viewings in various locations. We finally narrowed it down to the UES & he was able to get many viewing appointments at short notices. We would rate Weimin highly when it comes to negotiating. We are highly satisfied with what Weimin had negotiated for us...and more!! He is very responsive to our texts & even sent us video clippings of the area with detailed explanations & guidance. Overall, we felt privileged to have Weimin working on our side.
