HERE IS WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM A SERVICE VISIT ONCE YOU CHOOSE NICE HOME SERVICES: We will collect your name, phone number, address and email address so we can add you to our scheduling software (service titan) which will instantly email and text you an appointment confirmation plus you can communicate with us via the text or email and we will respond (we are also on all the main social media platforms so you can talk to us there too if you like) On the day before your appointment, you will receive an appointment reminder text and an email. On the day of your appointment, the technician will call you when he is approximately 30 minutes away (unless you request a longer lead time which we will oblige) You will also receive a text and email notification when the tech is en route to your location. In this notification, you will get a picture of your technician and his name plus his review ranking from other clients like you (we have served 15k + clients in the area) - You can even click a link in the text/email to track your technician traveling real time, uber style! The technician will arrive in a marked truck with an id badge plus he will wear booties and use drop clothes when necessary. The technician will take pictures and add notes about everything he/she finds when helping you with any issue. The technician will perform any repairs or upgrades on the spot if needed unless parts need to be ordered then we have a defined backend process to order and track the order of any parts for our clients so we can ensure s speedy resolution for you. Once your job is complete you will receive a survey via email and text where you can give management instant feedback about your technician so can celebrate the best efforts of co-workers and train diligently to improve any deficiencies. We take your satisfaction very seriously so if you have any concerns please email managers@nicehomeservices.com and our entire management team plus ownership will be alerted so we can take action on your behalf swiftly. At this point most clients choose to join our membership to take care of the regular maintenance twice a year plus lock in front of the line service when you need it -oh and the service call is 100% free during regular business hours for members.
