Cindy is from Monticello, MS. Upon graduating from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, she established her own business in the reservoir area specializing in Cosmetology. She served a diverse customer base for over 22 years as the owner/operator of her own salon. During this time she was able to develop many communication skills and learned how to take a client’s vision and turn it into a reality.
