I really wish I could rate this higher, but my last handful of experiences have made me want to go elsewhere for my care. The people there really do seem to care, and I have no problem with their "bedside manner" - when you can actually be seen. Any time I try to schedule a visit to see my PCP on a day off, when I have a wealth of time available, they can never fit me in, so I schedule my appointments on breaks from work with limited time. That hasn't worked out the last couple visits, as I went to one appointment to a nearly empty waiting room. but it took over 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before I even saw an RN to bring me in to an exam room; I ended up leaving. My next appointment, I was brought into an exam room straight away, but I ended up leaving because it took over 20 minutes for my PCP or any other staff to come in after the initial check in by the RN; as I was leaving, I saw three or four staff congregating in the halls together.
The phone lines are just as bad; any time I have to call about scheduling, or questions about prescription refill, I'm on hold for at least 10-15 minutes and usually I give up waiting to speak to someone.
