Received a text on 2/12/19 that medical director had resigned and that they could not see patients until they are replaced. Also that "we will update you as soon as we can schedule your appointment." I was owed 4 more treatments.

This place has closed with no notifications to customers. I have four more laser treatments out of my package. This is not right!

Another client ripped off! I was told in January that the medical director resigned and they would let me know when they hired a new one. The place is emptied. No phone numbers work. FB page and web site are both gone. They owed me laser treatments that I have already paid for. Thieves!

Karen has mentioned to me in January that they would be moving to farragut but, didn't tell me when. I went yesterday for my scheduled appt to find the place emptied and and all phone numbers disconnected. Even their facebook is shut down. So, they owe me 4 laser treatments! I gave them alot of money for prp facelift which Karen ripped me off on that as well!

Only giving one star because zero is not an option. Scam! Advertised and sold services on Groupon. Apparently, the owners redeeemded vouchers with Groupon prior to actually providing services to purchasers and have now closed doors. No notification to clients. Agree with prior reviewer, this is stealing. Groupon was extremely helpful.

Paid for 12 laser treatments received 4. Now I find they are permanently closed. That’s stealing.

I paid 8 laser hair removal treatments. So far they only did 3 . I have an appointment today 1-31-19 4 pm for the 4 th treatment. When I arrived I was shocked. Their office has been abandoned! No any one or any furniture or any medical equipment there. Their sign is still on the door. I tried to call them. Their phone number has been disconnected. So they just took my money and run away

Love the girls they are so kind and so helpful. Makes for a awesome visit. Plan to do more here. The smorelin injections have been great for me to tone up. The radio frequency microneefling was a great choice also. Can’t say enough about this place
