Nova Home Healthcare is an exceptional home healthcare provider! They are intuitive, compassionate and professional. They fit right in and were a joy to work with. We’ve previously tried another company but found the staff sent to us only satisfactory. They have always been very kind, responsive and helpful. I felt as though they were a partner and valuable resources, ensuring the best daily care.

Nova Home Health Care is the best company in Northern Virginia. They were available at short notice. The staff were on time and professional. They are pleasure to work with and would recommend them to anyone that want the best for their family and friends.

I had surgery on my back and needed a nurse to check my staples and dressing changes. The staff was wonderful! My nurse Sara was just wonderful! Every week someone from the office called to check on me. Which I thought was the nicest thing to do. Sara made me feel that my needs were very important and that I was not just a number. Both Sara and the staff are very knowledgeable and caring. They made me laugh especially when I needed a good laugh. I am looking forward to be able to therapy with them. I will use and recommend them to everyone I know. I greatly appreciate how professional, knowledgeable and kind they are. Thank you Nova Home Health Care! Katie Passey

About a year ago, Dad was diagnosed with a terminal illness. Nova came very highly recommended by the internist's office. From the minute I called them they understood what our needs were and how to help. We had all levels of caregivers out to care for Dad and help support his condition. As he became weaker we required more assistance and more skilled care. We have had nursing assistants, registered nurses and therapists out to help my father during his final months. Living part of the year out of state, it is a huge relief to have quality professionals take care of all the details and to know before we know what his care will require. Nova has been a blessing for sure.

My parents used Nova for several years, and we could not have done it without them. From working with me to identify the caregiver team that was best for my parents, to Medicaid, Medicare and allowing me to have direct input into the care-giving plan for my parents were the highlights of Nova's professionalism. My parents lived in my home so having caregivers with thorough background checks, fully bonded and insured was extremely important. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs someone to care for a loved one - whether you need someone to cover nursing care, help with personal care - they are the people for you!

My family has been super happy with the Nova Home Healthcare caregivers. We hired them to supplement my mom's assisted living staff for round-the-clock care after she fell and broke her hip. When she fell two years ago, she deteriorated mentally during her stay at a rehab facility, so this time, we brought her straight back from the hospital to her assisted living apartment and brought in Nova Home Healthcare Personal care and physical/occupational therapists (PT/OT). She recovered much more quickly and stayed mentally sharp(er). The Nova caregivers were always patient (my mom can be rather difficult at times) and kind--brought her flowers from home, calmed her down, helped her do her exercises and rehab. They always communicated well with our family, left detailed notes, etc. The administrative staff have been very accommodating, too. We can't say enough nice things about the caregivers--in particular, Heather has been a saint and a godsend!

Nova Home Healthcare has been an incredible choice for our family. From the minute we realized that our mother needed full-time care, agency director and the rest of the staff have gone out of their way to provide excellent caregivers, not only on short notice but also with great thought and consideration to my mother's medical, physical and emotional needs. Our situation is complex and occasionally critical, and the staff consistently responds quickly, appropriately and with thoughtful kindness. I honestly don't know how we would survive without them.
