As we grow older it seems like every year brings a different issue. My 70th year brought breaking nails, dry hair and unhealthy looking skin. I read somewhere that collagen suppliments could help. I called my same age friend in Florida. She is my go-to on everything healthy. She assured me that collagen suppliments are safe and could help me. She sent me the Nutrivein web information and a picture of the one she takes. I ordered the Multi Collagen Protein Type I, II, III, V and X 2250 MG per serving 180 Vegetable capsules. I also do better with capsules than adding powders to anything. I have been taking the 3 capsules per day for 16 days now. I have already noticed my nails being stronger. I am confident that there will be more changes and will continue to stay on this plan. I have only noticed one thing I should add. I was very gassy for the first 3 days, otherwise no issues.

I have been using the DHT vitamins for a little under a month now, and I gotta say I really have actually noticed a little bit of a difference. I mean it's not a super huge difference, but it's definitely noticeable. Like I have baby fine hair, and not very much of it, but since starting to take this stuff, Ive actually noticed a bit of improvement when putting my hair up in a pony tail. It feels a bit fuller and thicker. And to be honest, I haven't been totally successful when it comes to taking it EVERYDAY consecutively, but like 90% successful pretty much. It still feels like it's helping regardless though!

Love the product. I don't like eating actual mushrooms, but researching the benefits they have I tried the Mushroom Complex. The capsules are tasteless and I can feel a bit more energy paired with vitamin c and zinc. Will be back for more.

The liposomal vitamin c is exactly what I need. I take high dose vitamin c daily and this product is perfect for that. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a highly bio available form of vitamin C.
