Just a quick note to let you know that the crew did a great job on the trees. My yard looks cleaner after they left than it was when they got there. The final job was even better than expected and the communication with the crew was great. They made sure that everything was done as expected. I had One Life come out because a neighbor had concerns about a few large limbs on my maple tree that he wanted cut from another tree service. I was completely in disagreement with him and didn't see the need or concern as the limbs didn't hang over on his property. Jesse came out and spoke with both of us. Stated that my tree was in good health and would not recommend any trimming or cutting. I needed that reassurance as well as his professional opinion related to my neighbor. One Life has trimmed our tree twice now and I would not use anyone else.
