After I signed up for the program I anticipated having a "click here" window to be in contact with a support person like in a chat room. I know the number is shown at the top of the screen but a first-time user needs a nice big '"CALL THIS NUMBER TO REACH A SUPPORT PERSON". After reading everything twice and not finding the box to click on I called the number as a last resort. I spoke to , Brendan, who was very patient and very helpful. He answered all my questions and when I got confused he backed up and re-explained with out hesitation. Why did the first four items changed from 5 to 4.5 when I checked the star nearest the box? I marked you down for "satisfaction" because of my confusion about actually reaching the support person. PS Brendan needs some coaching in speaking with confidence. He is so soft spoken he initially sounds hesitant and unsure of himself. Yet, when we got into the problem it was clear that he knew what he was talking about. I told him I wanted to arrange files and folders the way you'd set up a high school outline and he knew exactly what I mean. and told me not only how to do it but also where to find printed information on line that I could print out which is a real necessity for me . I can follow vocal instructions, but in order to get then fixed in memory for recall I need to read it and write it down. I picked the stars closest to the window with the 5 in it but the rating went to 4.5. My only complaint was with the instructions as I said above. Everything else was fine. Well, almost. On the application screen it would be helpful if the suspected erroneous information in a window was highlighted. Especially for customers who are stumbling along at 2:00 AM with fading brains and fading eyesight. (:
