Great comments about everything they did. First they were quick to react and come to my house to assess the damage. They made feel comfortable reassuring me that everything will be alright, and no further damage will occur. Second, they located the exact siding within a short period. Third, they scheduled the install within a reasonable time. Fourth, the installers were professional, on time and kept me informed of what they were going to do and why. Fifth, my biggest concern is that the siding would not match the existing siding. They know what they are doing… they took siding from behind shrubbery, at the bottom and used those pieces to repair the damage. You could not tell my siding was replaced. Then they installed the bright new siding in the places that would not be noticed. Brilliant! and I am so happy it matches. Finally, the cost of services was reasonable for the job. I will pay for a job well done and that is what they did. I normally do not write reviews unless they are earned, and Options Custom Remodeling deserved it. Bill S
