As a small business owner I lost money to have orange give me an Eaton a new AC unit . They never showed up. Never called. I had to call several time to get a response and was told the technician was running late (12-2) at 30 and could she come another day. I already lost money and now this guy had the never to ask me to do it again. Unprofessional no respect for others business or time.
