We have been with this practice on Gate Parkway since February 2021. When we first started my daughter there the orthodontist and staff were very welcoming, gentle and had great communication. Fast forward, we are now on our 3rd orthodontist in that timeframe (they keep leaving), tons of new office staff and changes made. My daughter is young and they won’t allow you with her, even though she has anxiety. They make your child wait in a separate waiting area away from you which just heightens my daughters anxiety. As my daughter said, while I wait for the orthodontist the assistant sat on her phone next to me and didn’t even speak to me. They do not make people feel welcomed or comfortable. They also just flat don’t call you back! I have asked for the office manager to call me on April 6th (almost two full weeks ago) I even have called 3 times since and left additional voicemails, guess what still not a call back. Terrible customer service, if you can avoid pouring your money into this practice I would avoid it at all cost.
