If your animal has a serious, life-threatening emergency, NEVER come here. Osceola Animal Emergency does nothing to save your pet unlike other animal emergencies. Aside from charging clients before any «service», the first bad sign in any dealing, OAE does not showing any inquiry, compassion or consideration to a client/pet's individual case. Worst of all, they make clients wait hours when minutes matter- prolonging an animal's suffering and securing their fate. When an Xray was taken of our Mia, they noted a blockage in her bowels and extreme bloating yet took no action to clean her bowels. In addition, many of her vital signs were lower than is healthy but they don't tell you that! Nope, gotta find out after when you're rushing your dog in critical condition to another emergency hospital with actual competent staff that breaks the news. All OAE does to treat dogs in emergencies is give an expensive batch of worthless medicine to force feed your sick dog that could not eat or drink in the first place! The medicine alone is $177.95and jacks the price even more to $425 dollars total $602.95 just to pass along your near-death pet for a quick check, rinse, and repeat the cycle with other families. This overwhelmingly negative and traumatic experience is sadly common as the overwhelming 1 star reviews on Google evinces OAE's clear and routine malpractice sees dogs die hours after visiting and devastates the lives of many animals and the health of many families forever. Mia was stable but left OAE with failing organs. Is that ideal service? This was the worst and most traumatic service/experience of a business we have had the misfortune to endure. Our lives will never be the same. We pray pet owners see the reviews that we sadly didn't and OAE is investigated immediately. While we want the love of our lives back, we know it's sadly irreversible. Please do not take your dog to this place. Read their reviews in Google and BBB. My dog is not the only victim.
