Very friendly when making appointment and when arriving to the establishment. Negative: no hit water for pedicure. Had to heat up water and it still wasn’t hot. She kept asking and I finally just said it was ok. Very fast like she was in a rush, didn’t do the same to both feet, very rough when working on my feet. Couldn’t work on my feet for pausing trying to listen to other customer and worker. Nail polish running off of toenails. Using one nail dryer that was passed on from customer to customer. My first time there and will not go back! Only went there because my regular nail salon didn’t have an opening earlier part of the day. I look forward to getting my feet done and I didn’t enjoy this experience at all!
