My fiance and I moved in here August of 2020. Since moving in, the office has been nothing but unhelpful and extremely rude every time that we need something or have a question. They call this a "secured property" but our gate is always locked, so none of the residents even get to use it, as well as the "secured locks" on each building are constantly broken, they also charge each resident $200 each time it's broken, instead of charging the resident that broke it. Homeless people sleep in the building hallways. They also took all of our laundry machines out of the buildings on October 10th and didn't notify us, until after they had already removed them. But reassured us that they would be replaced within the next 2 days. They then told us they'd be replaced by the 20th, and then this letter was put up, and we have had no updates since. This complex is a joke. Spend your money literally anywhere else.
