That place has become a money making assembly line instead of a compassionate, empathetic, caring, veterinary facility. They have a high turn over of their drs. You rarely get to see the same vet twice. They don't care that they traumatized your young family member just as long as they keep human clients out of their facility. Most of the staff have nasty attitudes when they speak to you and most of the techs and drs don't have a clue on how to handle a pup that has been quarantined away from people for the last 2 years because of the pandemic. Of course they are going to be scared to death. They would rather separate them from their only means of feeling safe and muzzle and sedate them. Here is a thought....how about letting their family member stay with them so they can feel safe and get comfortable with being around total strangers. The last 2 times I have had my german shepherd pup there was a horrible experience and on a follow up visit was told they would not see her because I would not allow her to be traumatized again. I should bill them for the fuel to drive there and $800 for the days pay of missed work. I would NEVER EVER recommend that place to anyone again and we in the past, have taken 6 dogs and 1 cat there for vet services 2 of which were euthanized there. My 3 baby girls will never step paw into that godforsaken place ever again.
