To start if you use there service they do a great job i had them work on two properties one of which they finished and did a great but when you back out (two months before they were scheduled to do the project) they don't give your deposit back. to be fair it was in the contract that you can only refund if within a couple of days just remember read the fine print. I assumed if given ample notice (2 months) I would be able to back out that was my fault.
When canceling I asked if they could move the deposit to the other project and was told yes by someone in there office, only to find out later after canceling that wasn't possible and would loose my deposit.
They offered to move the deposit to another project but I haven't heard anything from them about scheduling a time to look at other projects. It's been 2 months of silence.
