Really great people to deal with. From the guy on the phone, the owner (he did initial inspection) to the guy who did the treatment. Thanx George, Scott and Steve! They really made a bad situation easy to deal with. I would definitely use them again

We had a raccoon get into the crawlspace under our home and cause extensive damage, even tearing into the HVAC ductwork. I called PestLock and Steve was there that afternoon to assess the situation and help us begin the process of clean up and repairs. Scott, Steve and Matt worked tirelessly to get the damage taken care of and repairs made. They were so concerned that we would not have our AC during the hot weather! I can't say enough about how knowledgeable and professional they are. With very issue that came up, they had a solution and took care of it. Not only do John and I now have a "go to" company for any and all pest issues, but we also have new friends. I highly recommend PestLock; you will not be disappointed.

Scott is a very knowledgeable and personable guy who follows through with what he says and takes care of the customers while ensuring his quality of work. I would recommend this company to anyone, in addition he also cares sincerely about his customers while building an ongoing relationship. I also must say his staff is very professional and consistent and I plan on continuing my business with him.

Only thing is I paid for the annual and three month service. I haven't heard anything back from anyone. I'm not being charged or anything, I thought there would be a follow up and make sure I was getting cover every three months. Its no big deal, service was great, tech who came out was awesome, on time, overall good experience. Just maybe follow up a little better. No need to contact me for further service, selling the house. But I will call you if I need service in my next house. Thank you
