Petra's Massage Therapy & Weight Loss Clinic

"Dr." Petra was a great salesperson. She addresses her patients as "Beautiful," or "Gorgeous," because she doesn't remember their name. She took my $3500 and I have nothing to show for it. She made promises she did not keep. The staff was supposed to take before and after pictures periodically. That did not happen. I wasn't in there for weight loss. I was there for skin tightening. Each time I came in I was asked, "What are you supposed to have done today?" My response was whatever Dr. Petra thinks I need. I shouldn't have to tell them what treatment I was getting. It should have been in their appointment notes. (The majority of my treatments was their version of Cool Sculpting which did NOTHING for skin tightening.) On Saturday, 5/11/24, Petra did a HIFU procedure on me and told me that I needed three more. Today, I received a call to say my sessions were up. When I called and Petra answered, she said, "We can't do free sessions." I asked her about the three more HIFU treatments and her promises to tighten my skin. "Dr." Petra HUNG up on me. (I was not talking ugly, I was just asking her why she just told me that they would do 3 more treatments.) I highly suggest anyone that is looking at Petra's to read all of the reviews and be aware that promises will be made. You pay your money up front, but they do not make good on their promises.

This Dr called and canceled my mothers birthday gift of the face and neck services 30 minutes before her appointment because I called and ask how much the total price would be including taxes, I called twice with no answer she calls Me back saying she was the Dr and couldn’t tell me an exact price… which was fine I was actually calling to reach the front desk, she then started screaming and holarimg saying she had already talked to me, which was untrue I hadn’t talked to her, only her receptionist then she said she didn’t like the language I was using …???? At this point I’m TOTALLY confused, so I said I’m sorry I don’t curse and would not think me calling for A total price would be an issue of have this result, I have no reason to be agressive or angry just would like to cover the cost for our mother, she then said don’t come I don’t want you there and hung up in my face. I’m total shock I began to call my mother to stop her from going because o couldn’t believe she is testing her patients this way, my mom has been serviced by her before and was wanting to build the relationship based on trusting this Dr with her face … it was too late my mom arrived and they told her the Dr didn’t want her there, MU Mother was innocent and so was I . This Dr had a Complete meltdown mentally when she called me she was driving her seatbelt alarm was beeping sounded Ike she was driving fast breathing heavy and head and holaring while the seatbelt was beeping she kept saying “ I’m the Dr” this Dr needs some counseling who speaks to the existing clients in this manner then cancels their appointment. DO NOT GO TO THIS DR DONT WASTE YOUR TIME… her erratic behavior is unprofessional, her emotions are all over the place actually misplaced anger. This was so unfair to put mother, but we will take her to a different facility that cares about their customers. This is unacceptable I will also be reporting to the BBB and the Attorney General and any other Board I can report this unfair incident to. BAD BUSINESS she holars and screams at the workers in front of the customers .
