I had one order arrive ok with good communication. Now second order no response.

Ordered from them on 5/16/17 no shipping number, no shipment confirmation, no phone number on their website, no email responses HORRIBLE COMPANY ALL AROUND! Never buying again!!!

ordered six items; only one item arrived. These people do not respond to e-mails and do not respond to phone calls. Buyer BEWARE to all of my brother and sister lifters out there. Buy your supps from well established companies!!!

Ordered a basic 2 item stack almost 2 months ago. Almost 3 weeks after ordering I finally got an email saying it had shipped priority mail. It's been 4 weeks now since shipping and nothing. Customer service won't answer, doesn't matter what time and they won't reply to my messages either. It's a pretty crappy feeling. Also, my friend ordered the same thing then later got an email like I did saying it had shipped and then about 2 or 3 weeks later he gets another email saying they are out of stock. This company is horrible. Save yourself the time and headache and do not order from these guys.

Ok, difficult to rate as some items were missing. Customer support is not answering. What was delivered was in good condition and good stuff (store sells quality items) but some were missing. Price was good but as some items were missing and I didn't manage to get a refund, it wasn't a very good deal anymore. I could've bought a little cheaper elsewhere. I ordered in end of Dec (2016) but after a week I had to write to customer support to get it shipped. they answered and shipped it. But when it arrived, some items were missing and customer support won't answer. I tried their Facebook too but no answer. There I found other unsatisfied customers too, the problems started in 2017 for all. Seems there weren't any problems before but lately the shop is very suspect. I didn't manage to get refund for my missing items. This means that I ended up paying more for what I received. As their prices are low, I didn't take a big loss but there seem to be customers who didn't receive anything.
