I think considering all the work they do at a very low cost, the people complaining should fork out the big bucks, at a regular vet office. I plan on contacting them to do a large donation. They do a lot of good, and since they help so many, there are going to be some hiccups. We have hiccups with our countries organizations, so this should be a no brainer. People, who have a sense of entitlement should be ignored.
