I am so glad I went with a local business and could talk to a real person. Alex was on time(actually early ). I called yesterday and he was here today. Worked with my insurance and did a great job. Hopefully I won’t need him again but if I do I will surely call him.

Rear window fell off the tracks down into the door. I called the known national brand shop and was not satisfied their estimate in terms of cost as well as how soon they could get to me. Started going through google looking at other auto glass repair shops. I found Platinum here in Loveland. The owner gave me a very reasonable quote and came out within the hour. He dug into it, found he needed a part, he had the part in hand and was back at my door the next morning. The final charge was below the quote. The whole job was done in less than 24 hours. I am extremely impressed, I’ll never go anywhere else, a family member of mine called Platinum today. I could not be happier!!!!
