Customer service is the top priority at Pookey’s. To underline our commitment to our customers we are open 9 am to 9 pm, seven days a week. After 16 years of operation, we’ve learned the needs of pet owners in Sherwood Park, and we want them to have convenient access to the supplies they need. If you’re looking for that specialty item not in the store, we will do our best to locate it and order it for you.
