The company is too large and doesn't have the staff to take care of its Customer Service. I've been trying to contact Pool Troopers for 2 weeks and have had no response. The last time my tech was out he left my pool crawler inoperable. I contacted the company to make sure it was working the next time he came out. The next time not only is my pool crawler still not working my pool was not cleaned. I've been told numerous times by the person answering the phone that the tech's supervisor will be calling that day. I call daily and still no response. Do Not Use This Company.
