Pool Troopers

When I cancelled my service (bad service) I was told that the payments were done in advanced, then I received another charge and when I call to ask about it, I was told that the information provided was wrong and that the charges were afterwards, they only say "sorry for the inconvinience". Do go with them

Where do I begin? I am still awaiting a response and a refund for over $3000 of pool light repair that I did not authorize. Unfortunately they had my card on file so it was just charged without my approval. Now, I email and call weekly to try and get it back and no one responds. When I do finally get someone, they have danced around the issue and keep assuring me that someone else will call me back to sort it out. Not only did they do the repair, it was done incorrectly, so our lights do not coordinate with our control panel. This is all in addition to the weekly service we have received from this company for over 2 years. When it is was independently held, we had wonderful service. Ever since it was bought and our prices went up, the service has not been as careful or well done. I reported several times that it was unsatisfactory and nothing was done. We were away for a few months and just came back to a pool FILLED with algae and had calcium build-up all along the pool walls. It took a couple of hundred dollars worth of vacuuming and care with a different company to get it back to health. I am still awaiting money back and exhausted from the terrible care of this business.
