I was awaken on a Sunday morning by water dripping from ceiling, air condition vent, and ceiling fan. After calling multiple plumbing companies and not able to talk to live person or receiving return call, I called Predator Restoration. Ken Barnes personally answered phone and sent me a plumber to restore water so we could brew coffee and use bathroom. Shortly behind the plumber, two remediation employees arrived to start drying out the ceiling before it collapsed. After usual hassle with insurance company, the insurance company gave clearance as Predator Restoration had photos, multiple moisture reading, etc. I can not say how these actions took huge burden off my wife and I while we continued to care for my mother suffering from dementia/Alzheimers. ALL employees were extremely punctual, knowledgeable and knew their profession(s). Their attention to detail and doing job correctly the first time really sped up our returning to normal and focusing on my Mom's condition. I highly recommend Predator Restoration.
