Pro Law Assist helped get a Lender to reinstate my loan and get me out of Foreclosure. I was able to avoid needing to file a Bankruptcy & can wait till rates get better and refinanced. They saved me. I thought I was screwed but they came through. I was amazed at their knowledge & help. Talk to Tim he is the best. Use them if you fall behind on your home loan

Pro Law Assist is amazing. Tim really saved my life & home. I am in a reverse mortgage & i went to Foreclosure Auction due to being behind on my Property Taxes. PLA extended my auction and refinanced me into a new reverse mortgage & set up a Escrow trust account so it's paid for 10 years so i could be safe. I thought i was going to lose my home & forced to leave but Tim saved me. God Bless him and PLA

My HOA Put me up for Auction for $35,000 which is triple what I owed when I am current on my home Loan. PLA helped me contest them with a Civil Case using the HOA ByLaws & I was able to Postpone Auction & Settle for a Reduced amount, a Contribution and Double HOA Payments & They removed all liens. Tim at PLA is amazing

I fell behind on my home loan during covid about 20 Months and the bank put me up for Auction. I had a 2.75% interest rate & the banks modification rates are over 7%. This doubled my payments & the bank added a ton of extra fees to my loan. PLA was able to reduce the reinstatement & got me a Lender to give me a second to reinstate the loan keeping my 1st loan the same. They pulled me out of Foreclosure with the best solution. Tim and PLA are great & the best solution if you need help or in Foreclosure.

Mr Cooper foreclosed on me. I thought i was doomed but PLA helped me file a wrongful foreclosure case & delayed my eviction. After 8 months the Bank offered me to rescind the home if i could contribute 15,000 towards the loan and monthly payments of $2,300. I settled & agreed & bank gave me the home back in a pay plan i could afford. Any rentals i found like my home were far away. PLA saved my home. I can't believe it. I am so grateful

I was having the biggest issue with Carrington no matter how many times I submitted or even showed Family contributing to increase my income nothing worked. I got denied over and over. Rates are super high and I have a 3.75%. Tim over at PLA really knows a lot in every aspect of my loan. He told me what I signed for on my loan application in a few minutes without me even knowing the Bank over stated my income by a lot which is why I was getting denied. He helped me understand I need to attack the bank and not rely on those who are assigned as my Care Specialist. I came to understand the Loan Mod are just band aids and don’t solve the real issue of the loan. Tim helped me reduce my balance & kept the same rate & reset my loan. He is definitely who you need to speak to if you are behind on your home loan. Def call him

My bank Foreclosed on me. I tried everything possible to get a pay plan but they kept denying me & the auction went through. A Realtor for the Bank came & Said i have 30 days to move out clean the house for 4,000 or they will evict me & Lock me out by the Sheriff. I thought i was done i couldnt get approved or find anything. Tim & PLA explained my rights to me & Foreclosure process & how they will evict me to not be scared & they taught me how to delay eviction proceedings & file a Case for Wrongful Foreclosure against the Bank. They delayed for about 10 months & then SPS Attorney offered to rescind the home if i paid $10,000 uo front & about $2,600 a month as a monthly payment. This was unbelievable they agreed to rescind the home back over to me & dismiss eviction & put title back in my name. I didnt have to move & Tim saved my home. I really cant believe they made this happen & i am forever grateful. Tim saved my home when i was on the verge of lockout.

I fell behind on my Home loan due to covid and inflation & i took the most months of forbearance that Carrington would allow. I tried to modify the loan with Carrington a few times only to get denied or a payment with a super high rate & payment I could not pay. I ended up filing a Chapter 13 bankruptcy only to have a pay plan double my payment before this all happened. PLA helped me file a Civil Complaint in the Superior Court against my servicer & my loan. The bank agreed to Settle with me after a few months for a lowered balance rate and payment. They gave me a 3% interest Rate when my modified rates were over 7%, they reduced my loan & deferred part of the balance. I thought I was going to need to sell my home and move but PLA saved me. Let me know the best solution to this whole debacle & they made it so easy. They helped me save my house with a new loan with Carrington & I am forever grateful to them & their staff for their help & guidance in all this

I got Foreclosed i thought all hope was lost till i met Tim Finney. He definitely knows his stuff about loans, foreclosure process, the ins and outs of my own servicer to everything. Bank came and told me 30 days to leave for $7,000 otherwise id be locked out. Tim helped me understand my rights & process. Helped me file a Wrongful Foreclosure Case & Delay ,y Eviction for over a year. The Bank gave me $60,000 a move after being able to live in home a year after foreclosure. Tim helped me relocate and start over he is definitely the person to talk to before or after Foreclosure

My Bank Foreclosed on my home when i tried everything to save it. They served me Eviction Notices & offered only 4,000 to be out in 30 days with the home clean & I cant take appliances. Was horrible then i met Tim Finney & Sara at PLA they really came through for me. Sara Helped delay Eviction proceedings for a year while Tim helped me file a Wrongful Foreclosure Case. Tim really know everything about Loans & Foreclosure. His team got me a year extra im the home & i settled for $60,000 to dismiss both cases and turn home over.
