Are you licensed & insured?
Locksmiths do not have to be licensed in Delaware, but they do have to have a business license to conduct business. Pro-Lock & Safe is fully licensed, bonded, and each technician is individually bonded and fully insured.
Do you perform background checks on all of your employees?
You are entrusting your locksmith with a lot. The technician will likely have full access to your business, home or vehicle and it is vital that the individual performing the locksmith services is a trustworthy individual. All Pro-Lock & Safe employees have undergone background checks and are subject to regular and intermittent substance testing. Pro-Lock & Safe's technicians have extensive training and have worked with us for a number of years.
What type of work do you do?
This question should be asked prior to telling what your needs are to prevent the 'oh yeah, we do that' response. Pro-Lock & Safe has over 30 years experience and has worked extensively in commercial, residential and automotive. There isn't much that we haven't seen or fixed!
What are your rates?
Some locksmiths charge by the hour, others by the job. At Pro-Lock & Safe, we will provide you with a free estimate and you can decide how you want to move forward or not at all. No hassle. No eye-rolling, We promise.
