So far my only experience is with the design and ordering of the products. I was very impressed with the entire staff. Rachel, who was my point person couldn't have been more professional, friendly and helpful. She made the process so easy.

I was very impressed with the service. I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I went there and was a little nervous about this whole "update the condo" project. I met with Jill Fuller for three hours!! She helped me pick out quartz for counters, back splash tile, grout, tile flooring, wood flooring, and paint for the walls and trim in the entire condo. That includes selecting some things, then changing my mind, then changing my mind again, etc. She was totally professional and helpful the whole time. No question was too small for her. Also, never having done a major home update before, she helped me realize that I needed to break it down into multiple smaller projects - a whole lot easier to get your head around!

Awesome experience from the time we walked up and was greated in the parking lot With a big welcome to Prosource from Canisha Then inside we met Denise Awesome customer service and very knowledgeable. Its a blessing to have such Awesome customer service team members! Canisha & Denise yall Rock!! Ohh the two ladies inside at the payment desk were pleaant also. We had a great experience working with Denise Adomaites. What a personable professional! She furnished us with carpet color samples to assist our decision. With my background as an architect, I could see quickly that she knows her products. If she didn't know an answer, she knew who to ask for prompt answers. She also worked dilligently to get ensure great pricing for a quality product. I would enthusiastically recommend working with her to anyone.
